I tried playing star wars a couple times with Chuck and could just never really get into it. Always felt like I was totally overshadowed by the movies. Obviously, some far future, or far past timeline could be cool.

lol. spelljammer. i had a friend back in high school who loved that shit. it was pretty terrible i thought.... ive only played one star wars game that was fun. most of the time they bore me for some reason. one of those games that needs a kickass dm.

There is now a new forum on the Ogre forums for you to provide/get information for your upcoming game sir Hippo.

Also a spot to discuss an upcoming Star Wars campaign, which will most likely utilize SW 3.5 rules but a generic galactic setting (i.e. fuck the force and you damn jedi hoodlums - unless people prefer that).

Just reiterating that I want terribly to start running a dnd game. However, D20 Modern took a fantastic turn last night. First session growing pains totally ironed themselves out.
